So I re-upped on the vip so there is no ads but it keeps giving them to me

Logout and Login on the anime site. If that doesn't work then try deleting your cache/cookies for the anime site. (Not here, this is the forums.)

That would be because you are not a VIP member. Have you purchased VIP membership? I do not see any transactions under your username.
If you did purchase VIP membership private message me with a screen shot of your transaction on PayPal and I will look into it.
